Unusual octahedron-shaped black Constantini millifiori are hand-knotted with Chinese encased red glass rose beads. They are highlighted by rondelles of black Czech crystal, and pale green Swarovski crystal beads. Clasp is 18-karat vermeil. Approx. 18 inches.
