The Kuchis are the oldest tribe of gypsies; they range from southern Afghanistan through Hungary in Eastern Europe.
This Kuchi pendant from Afghanistan is hand-knotted with Chinese cloisonneé beads, and faceted Czech red glass beads, and 22-karat gold lined teal glass beads, with rondelles of multi-colored cryatals. Pendant rides in antique Czech glass beads. Clasp is silver. Approx. 32 inches; pendant is approx. 5 inches.
